    Bullfrog Spas of Vail is powered by The Spa Man. The Spa Man provides year-round professional hot tub maintenance and water care for homeowners and property managers throughout Eagle, Summit, Grand, and Routt counties. Our maintenance programs are designed to protect your investment, extend the life of your spa, and ensure consistently clean, safe, and perfectly balanced water—whether your hot tub is part of a private residence or a high-use rental property.

    Our flexible service plans are tailored to your needs, with weekly, bi-weekly, or fully customized maintenance schedules designed to match your spa usage and property requirements. Each visit is performed by experienced technicians who follow hot tub manufacturer guidelines and best-in-class water care practices.

  • What’s Included in a Standard Maintenance Visit

    During every service visit, our technicians will:

    - Test, balance, and maintain hot tub water chemistry (chlorine, bromine, pH, and sanitizer levels)

    - Clean, sanitize, and rinse hot tub filters

    - Check and adjust filtration cycles for optimal performance

    - Adjust and top off water levels as needed

    - Clean spa surfaces, inspect the cover, and remove debris

    - Monitor water temperature and overall system operation

    - Document all maintenance performed during the visit

    If any safety concerns, mechanical issues, or non-functioning components are identified, we promptly notify the homeowner and/or property management company so repairs can be addressed without delay.


  • Property Managers & Vacation Rentals

    - For vacation rental and property-managed hot tubs, we recommend professional cleaning and water care between every guest stay.

    -Rental owners or property management companies can email us their rental schedules with check-in and check-out dates and we’ll schedule cleanings ahead of each booking. Let us take care of the scheduling hassle and boost your five star reviews. 

    - Please provide at least one business day’s notice to accommodate rental schedules.

  • Homeowners & Resident-Only Properties

    - For personal-use hot tubs, we typically recommend bi-weekly hot tub maintenance to keep water clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy.

    - Service frequency can be adjusted at any time based on usage or seasonal needs.
